100kVAR APFC Panel is a high-capacity Automatic Power Factor Correction solution designed to maintain and improve the power factor of electrical systems up to 100 kVAR. It automatically monitors reactive power and switches capacitor banks in multiple stages to maintain the desired power factor level. By improving power factor, the panel reduces electricity penalties, lowers transmission losses, and enhances overall energy efficiency.

This panel is widely used in medium and large industrial units, commercial complexes, manufacturing plants, hospitals, and infrastructure projects with heavy electrical loads. It is equipped with an intelligent APFC relay, high-quality capacitor banks, contactors, MCCB/MCB protection devices, and properly rated copper or aluminum busbars. All components are installed in a sturdy, powder-coated enclosure to ensure durability and safe operation.

Designed for reliable and long-term performance, the 100kVAR APFC Panel includes features such as overload protection, short circuit protection, automatic stage-wise capacitor switching, and digital display for real-time monitoring of power factor parameters. Optional detuned reactors can also be provided to control harmonics in systems with non-linear loads. Its automatic operation, low maintenance requirements, and efficient performance make it a cost-effective solution for improving power quality and maintaining system stability.

An Automatic Power Factor Control (APFC) panel is used in electrical systems to automatically improve the power factor, which is the ratio of active power to apparent power. By switching capacitor banks on and off based on real-time load conditions, an APFC panel ensures a high power factor, leading to reduced energy costs, increased energy efficiency, optimized electrical system capacity, and extended equipment life. These panels are found in various industrial and commercial settings with high or fluctuating loads, such as manufacturing plants, data centers, hospitals, and even large commercial complexes
